Hatfield Haven Rescue, a small nonprofit shelter dedicated to helping as many dogs as possible, reserves the right to refuse animals that are excessively aggressive, severely injured or ill, or when the shelter has reached its maximum capacity to ensure the safety of staff, volunteers, and other animals, as well as to maintain quality care. While we strive to assist every dog brought to us, our limited resources mean we can only do so much, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide the best care possible within our means

- No Refund Policy: Please be aware that there are no refunds for adoption fees or donations. Once received, these funds are allocated to the care and well-being of the animals in our rescue.
